Television Rambling

ellievannaI stay up late at night, I have school early in the morning = I get really tired, like all the time. It sucks.
Also, I started flailing when I saw that DB Woodside was to guest star in the Castle episode I'm currently watching. And now I'm flailing, 'cause there's principal Wood! With Caleb! I didn't even like Wood that much, but I get seriously flaily from whedonverse alumns on TV. While we're on Castle, I'm currently on Season 2, and Becket's hair bothers me. A lot. I loved Stana Katic's hair in S1, it was short and pretty and felt right to the character. Now it looks like something from the 80s, or maybe it's the 90s, OLD anyway. Ew. I really hope she cuts it again for Season 3, or just switch her style, 'cause this is just wrong.
I really, really wanted to start a couple of new TV-series when I read a list of recommendations today. I've promised myself not to start anything new until I've caught up with Castle. I promised the same thing with Supernatural, but then I wanted to watch Castle so bad, which have left Supernatural on a hiatus for me. But I'm going to catch up with it! Sometime, at least. My Buffy-and-Angel re-watch (my third run of the show) is also standing kinda still. Season 6 of Buffy is not my favorite. Don't mistake me, I think it's genius, and it has lots of good episodes and I think it's one of the best seasons, but it's a bit too depressing for me sometimes. Paired with season 3 of Angel (I'm watching the episodes in the order they originally aired, and itäs my first re-watch of Angel), which isn't exactly the most comedic of seasons, it gets a bit dire (especially when I'm on the Angel episodes).
Okay, so totally went away from the subject. I have a word document with a list of TV-shows to watch, and currently at the top are Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and Veronica Mars. Though, with Terminator I should probably watch the second movie first, but I don't think that'll be a problem. I'm also planning on giving the Vampire Diaries another try. I only watched parts of the first episode, and found that boring, but I keep finding people saying it gets better, and I have a friend who is completely obsessed, so I probably should give it another try.
[ETA] Now I watch the next episode, and there is Marc Blucas! Right in front of me! The credits hadn't rolled yet, so I had no idea, and I gaped in shock and giggled for ten minutes straight, it was so funny. Okay, technically I still giggle every time. HE HAS A MUSTACHE! Oh, and his character has amnesia. Not that different from Riley, really. Regular guy, sort of. And I do not think that lady that just ran in is his wife, nope. I'm that smart.
Now i'll just send some love to people who cheered me up when I felt down, and go eat a cookie.
